Refund Policy

Refund Can be applied within 7 days of Payment by Client

Digisofthost holds the Exclusive right to cancel or suspend any service at any time. No Refund will be allowed if the account suspension was made for violation of our Terms and Conditions, Refund is only applicable for new signups only in case they cancel services within the 7 days. You can cancel your account or service within 7 days of purchase to get the refund. You Have to provide a valid reason for cancellation or Refund. Refund is only if problems related server and also we don’t support on third-party apps and code. 7 Days refund on all packages with the following conditions:

  • Refund is limited to once and only applicable for new users only. The 7 day money refund is only applicable for first-time signups. Second time and subsequent sign-ups are not eligible for the same. For instance, if you've had an account with us before, cancelled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us
  • No Refund for terms and condition violations.
  • Package upgrade or downgrade can not be refunded.
  • No refund will be provided for Domain Name (Registration, Renewal, Transfer).
  • No refund will be made if your Service(s) is suspended (due to Email Marketing/Email Abuse/Misuse of our service/Inappropriate/Illegal/Immoral/Account Over-use) or terminated.
  • If the web hosting service includes a free domain name, and you cancel the web hosting service, the domain charges (standard rate as per website) would be deducted from the refund amount. If the refund amount is less than the domain name price, you will have to pay the difference or forfeit the domain. The ownership of the domain will remain with digisofthost Internet if you fail to pay the difference amount.
  • The payments made through UPI/NEFT/IMPS To our Bank Directly are non-refundable. A refund will be added as credit to the hosting account.
  • The refund request placed after 7 days will not be processed and you will not be eligible for any refund.
  • The cancellation request should be sent through the client area.
  • After sending the cancellation request, it would take 7 to 15 Business days to complete the refund process.
